Embracing the Change: Ajni’s Journey as the B2C Manager at Ecosoft

Ecosoft boasts a team of dedicated professionals who manage all company activities to provide the best possible experience for our customers. Among them is Ajni Muça, the B2C (Business to Customer) Manager. He graciously shared insights into his position, his role in Ecosoft’s  operations, and his overall experience with the company, having been a part of it for a little over a year.

When asked about his decision to join Ecosoft, Ajni gave us the following answer:

  • “Ecosoft is a company that has created goodwill in the eyes of the public with an interesting product and qualified staff, This caught my attention, as I was looking for a promising career opportunity to expand my experience. My decision to be a part of Ecosoft was swift and void of doubts since the culture, strategy, and objectives of the company were visible in the first stages of the meeting. Today I can confidently say that I made the right choice.”

Have you worked in the water filter industry before and if not, what do you like about it now that you are there?

– “I have not worked in this industry before. However, after a year, I can say that the fact that we are dealing with a well-being product that ensures quality water as one of the basic elements of our existence, gives me inspiration and satisfaction in the work I am doing. Also adding here that we offer technical, scientific, and engineering solutions for a wide range of industries and also for everyday consumers, having the opportunity to be widely present, with a leading product, quality service, and competitive prices.”

What has been the most difficult moment in your career in Ecosoft thus far, and what have you learned from it?

-“ One of the most difficult moments that I can mention is the initial phase when I needed to absorb a lot of technical information in a very short time. This period was indisputably hard, taking into account my background in the legal field more than the business and technical one, which made it even more difficult for me. 

This difficult start made me stressed but also helped me understand my strong points and shortcomings.On the other hand the training provided by the company, fieldwork alongside colleagues, and closer touch with products made me not only overcome this difficult phase but also became eager for more information.

What is a unique aspect of working in this industry (experience/information or skill development you have gained)?

-“ An aspect that I did not foresee when I started working, was the increased understanding of human nature through the interaction with products, and how that information helped my education or experiences in several different fields.

I value information and experience as they make us overcome our innate levels of intelligence and other everyday abilities. Thus, I still find it interesting to have access to a wide range of information, which simultaneously encourages me to create plans and set objectives that aim to convey as widely as possible the philosophy and the product we offer.”

Would you consider your work as important not only for the company but outside of it as well and why?

– “As mentioned before, Ecosoft offers the best quality of an essential product for everyone’s life and health. Not only that, by placing filtering devices in every family, we directly reduce the use of plastic bottles, which are the main enemy of the destruction of our ecosystem. Therefore, my contribution to this company goes beyond the business objectives and adds value in caring for the environment and the community.”

What is, for you, the key to maintaining a balance between private and professional life?

– “The key to successfully maintaining this balance for me is  “Time management” Also, setting objectives and good organization gives me the opportunity to fulfill wok duties without “stealing” time from my private life.

Having this balance and good management of emotions consequently reduces the level of stress at work, thus playing an important role in achieving a higher performance.”

What is your strongest point as a professional?

-“For me, the “ace under my sleeve” is communication. I manage to create good communication bridges, maintaining courtesy, reflecting ethics where necessary, but also being blunt where necessary. My communication approach is to allow everyone to express themselves freely and fuse it with the analytical assessment of the situations, which brings not only a quick solution to the problems but also the team’s unification for a single goal: the success of the company.” 

What would be the first advice you would give to a student or a young person starting work for the first time at the Ecosoft company?

– “I would advise a young person to not be intimidated by the technical complexity of our products and instead view it as an opportunity to learn. Fortunately, Ecosoft is deeply committed to encouraging the younger generation to join the workforce. We offer various opportunities, including internships and part-time jobs, which are particularly favorable for students. Ecosoft is a genuine company that values cooperation and is eager to share its experiences, knowledge, practices, and professionalism with students from diverse backgrounds.”

 What is one of the things you value most in the company where you work and why?

– “What I truly value about Ecosoft, now as an internal employee, is the company culture. Ecosoft excels in understanding the customer, analyzing and adapting to various situations, and most importantly, fostering an unparalleled spirit of cooperation. This culture, combined with the company’s vision, which has been a guiding force since its inception alongside Teoren, fills me with pride as an employee and makes me appreciate it deeply on a personal level.”

What would be the “title” you would give to your work/experience at Ecosoft?

-“Development” is the word that best describes my experience at Ecosoft, both professionally and personally. Since joining the company, I have built a strong portfolio of information, gained technical knowledge, enhanced my management experience, and benefited from invaluable access to a network of skilled professionals.”
