Teoren holds the exclusive rights to distribute MATIC in Albania, a company that has been producing level regulators since 1981. What sets them apart?
The difference between MATIC products and others lies in their careful design, developed after extensive research aimed at eliminating the risks of failure.
The Problem and the Solution
One of the major issues with the operation of level regulators is the formation of water condensation inside the float, which causes oxidation of the electrical contacts, ultimately leading to the failure of the regulator.
The Solution
This problem has now been addressed by creating a series of patented level regulators where the electrical contacts are protected by three watertight chambers.
How the Solution is Achieved
This innovation was made possible through the injection of non-hygroscopic, closed-cell polyurethane foam inside the level regulators. The use of this thermal insulation has enabled MATIC products to gain approval from leading certification authorities, with official recognition for double insulation and 10 bar pressure resistance—a unique feature in the level regulator market.
