Did you know that Ecosoft was established in Ukraine in 1991? Today, the company operates in over 60 countries across six continents and became part of Teoren following extensive market research and studies conducted by our specialists.
With Ecosoft, Teoren aimed not only to introduce water filtration products but also to cultivate a new mindset in Albania – one that prioritizes eliminating single-use plastic bottles and installing high-quality water filters. These filters provide uninterrupted access to drinking water directly from the kitchen tap, ensuring convenience for every household.
A little over a year after the partnership began, Ecosoft reached over 1,500 Albanian households, introducing for the first time the concept of a “monthly subscription” for water filtration. Additionally, Ecosoft brought innovations tailored to different business sectors, such as:
- Water treatment systems for private residences and commercial use.
- The Robust filter, specifically designed for bars, restaurants, and hotels.
- Various water treatment plants (microbiological and physico-chemical) for enterprises in the industrial sector.
By 2023, Ecosoft had achieved these impressive milestones:
- Over 12,000 subscriptions in the market for household drinking water filters.
- In the HoReCa sector, more than 500 bars, restaurants, and hotels installed the Robust system.
- In the industrial sector, over 200 factories chose Ecosoft systems for water treatment.
Meanwhile, in 2024, Ecosoft experienced even greater expansion, both in its portfolio of products and services and in the markets it serves. Responding to market demands, legal requirements, and community needs, Teoren introduced a new service: wastewater treatment for hotels, restaurants, and residential properties, particularly in coastal areas.
The know-how, technology, logistics, and expertise of the professional team enabled the wastewater treatment service to rapidly evolve into a standalone sector – TWT (Teoren Wastewater Treatment) – further enriching Teoren’s portfolio and solidifying its position as a leader in this industry.
