For this special project, FIX chose to partner with <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/egloarch.al\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Eglo Albania<\/a><\/strong> \u2013 part of <a href=\"https:\/\/teoren.al\/\"><strong>Teoren Group<\/strong><\/a> &#8211; trusting the expertise and high-quality products our brand provides.<\/p>\n<p>This project features refined interior elements that needed special care to be designed and lit professionally. The main challenge was to create a lighting system that could support two opposite functions: a space that works as both a retail area and a restaurant. On top of that, each area had its own lighting needs \u2014 the retail zone required strong, bright light, while the restaurant needed soft, warm, and cozy lighting to create a comfortable atmosphere.<\/p>\n<p><iframe src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/HOTNOqVjEMQ\" width=\"560\" height=\"600\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><span data-mce-type=\"bookmark\" style=\"display: inline-block; width: 0px; overflow: hidden; line-height: 0;\" class=\"mce_SELRES_start\">\ufeff<\/span><span data-mce-type=\"bookmark\" style=\"display: inline-block; width: 0px; overflow: hidden; line-height: 0;\" class=\"mce_SELRES_start\">\ufeff<\/span><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>To achieve this challenging balance, we combined several professional lighting elements, including:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Spotlights and track lighting<\/strong> around the perimeter to lower the perceived ceiling height, creating a dynamic and well-lit space.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Custom lights above the counter<\/strong> that were both functional and decorative, designed to match the color and shape of the company logo, adding a unique and stylish touch.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Professional laser blade lights<\/strong> aimed at the columns, finished with a \u201cvelvet\u201d texture, producing a distinctive and modern effect.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Additional lighting elements<\/strong> that, although not physically visible, played a key role in ensuring the project\u2019s functionality and overall atmosphere.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The tailored combination of these lighting elements, designed specifically for this project\u2019s needs, made it possible to realize the original concept and create a space that embodies functionality, aesthetics, and high quality.
